1. Kunst commentary
2. Herald article about Democrats and Mitch Caesar
3. Sun-Sentinel article about Mitch Caesar
1. Dear Activists:
While the unDems, who played dirty and got wiped out as
a result, met to divert attention from their low class politics, (see
below) we have good news for all of you.
The State of Florida has accepted: 'INDEPENDENT
DEMOCRATS OF FLORIDA', AND WE ARE NOW OFFICIAL.
IDF, will be a role model of answers and issues.
We will campaign by going on the offense and being visible. We are the
alternative to those who have betrayed this nation, state, planet and
party.
Some commentary:
1. We have gotten some wonderful responses across the
state and nation, and IDF will be a model for a national and
international movement. Please remember that we are not doing Left vs
Right, but doing Right vs. Wrong.
2. Seeing the power grab from Mitch below, who wouldn't
even allow me to address the DEC in Broward in a two year period, is
why only 22% of the Dems showed up in the primary, and Broward had its
worst turnout in 30 years, for a general election. When you cheat and
behave undemocratic, you get the disaster that prevailed. With Mitch
in control and with his greed for power, IDF will have a much easier
time organizing there to set into motion the rest of the state and
nation.
3. Nancy Pelosi, as head of US House Dems is already
calling herself a Conservative Catholic. This is a signal that
the unDems will once again not distinguish themselves from the
GOPerverts.
4. Al Gore only has 1/3 of the party chiefs behind him
to run again in 2004 for Pres.. Again when interviewed by Barbara
Walters on 20/20 he refused to acknowledge that the 2000 election had
been stolen. The one issue that reduces "W" to being the
'resident of our White House', has again bitten the dust by this
coward Gore, who walked away when his country needed him the most. We
are in the present mess, because Gore refused to fight back. It
was never about him, but about Fla. and America and he failed on all
accounts. Our continual pursuit to expose this fraud nationally,
based on our activism out of Fla. is why he isn't going anywhere for
2004. The unDems haven't a new face, agenda, or anything to
counter "W" with, and is why they can't succeed.
5. Meanwhile, while Al Queda is demanding we all
convert to Allah or be hit with another "spectacular attack"
upon the U.S., Bush the Coward in the White House ,is dismissing gays
in the military who speak Arabic. We desperately need them and are in
short supply of those who can interpret and find these mass
murderers, which "W" cares less about, when he can go after
American Gays instead. It doesn't get any sicker.
6. Why is Iraq and not Saudi Arabia, responsible for
'9/11'? Why is "W" buying 700,000 barrels of oil daily from
Iraq, which gives them the monies for weapons of mass destruction?
Does "W" want to unleash the terrorists for a police state
in the U.S.? Pushing 'Iraq' during the election cycle, put the
election on the back burner, which helped the GOP. with no opposition
from the unDems. Afghanistan doesn't satify America to revenge
'9/11'. So why is there no real debate on really going after the
terrorists supplied by Arab oil countries, which "W" caters
to in all of his politics, while making Iraq the target. Why is Saudi
Arabia off the hook, or is the bin Laden/Bush family/money/oil
relations moving this agenda?
7. "No More Bushit" stickers for your
favorite friends, enemies, relatives, lovers, etc. are a must for the
holidays, assuming we don't all get blown up by the terrorists from Al
Queda to "W". They are $2 each, with a minimum order of 5,
to: Oral Majority, P.O.Box 402263, Miami Beach, Fla. 33130. Don't
leave home without them. Save your children while you can. Just in
case any of you still care to oppose the dictatorship in America.
Oh, and don't forget how Ashcroft isn't willing to go after those guns
being bought by these terrorists, to be used here and shipped all over
the world. Business is business.

In living rooms and community centers across Broward
County, shellshocked Democrats continue trying to figure out what went
wrong in last Tuesday's election.
''It's soul-searching time,'' said Dan Reynolds,
president of the Broward AFL-CIO. ``The party has got to figure what
it stands for and then stand for it.''
The anguished conversations in Florida's Democratic
bastion mirror the hand-wringing among Democrats across Florida and
the nation, following the windfall handed the Bush brothers. In
Washington, President George W. Bush won Republican control of both
chambers of Congress. In Tallahassee, Gov. Jeb Bush won a
landslide reelection, a Republican sweep of the Cabinet and even
stronger Republican control of the Legislature. ''We got Bush-whacked
-- twice,'' said one Democratic activist.
One key powwow occurred Sunday morning over bagels and
coffee at the Parkland home of Broward state committeeman Mike
Moskowitz. Guests included fundraiser Mitchell Berger, lobbyist Larry
Smith, party chairman Mitch Ceasar, lobbyist Russ Klenet, state Rep.
Stacy Ritter, state Rep. Chris Smith, Fort Lauderdale
Commissioner Carlton Moore, County Commission Chairwoman Lori Parrish,
County Commissioner Ilene Lieberman, attorney Earl Hall, fundraiser
Tom McDonald and activist Diane Glasser.
''We're not doing the four things that a party needs to
do: register voters, educate them, recruit candidates and turn out
voters,'' Berger told the group. ``We need to figure out why we're not
doing that.''
Over three hours of discussion, most of the group
agreed that Florida Democratic Party Chairman Bob Poe should step
down.
''Poe must go,'' Klenet said. ``All the people who have
been running campaigns for Democrats in Florida need to be shown the
door, and we need to find people who know how to win.''
''In order to start fresh, we need to wipe the slate
clean,'' Moskowitz said.
Moore, one of the most charismatic African-American
leaders in Broward, told Ceasar that he, too, bears responsibility for
the election debacle and should resign. Ceasar said he isn't going
anywhere and has been defending his party's campaign in Broward.
''We did everything that we were supposed to do,''
Ceasar told the Hallandale Beach Democratic Club on Wednesday. ``I
look at this not as a loss, but as an opportunity to look at the
way we do things and try to improve.''
The attendance at the meeting reflects perhaps the
biggest challenge facing the party in Broward County. Hallandale Beach
Commissioner Joy Cooper, 42,was probably the only one in the room who
isn't collecting Social Security.
The retirees who flocked to Broward's condominiums in
the 1970s have been the party's stalwarts. But the ranks of these
straight-ticket Democrats are thinning.
Meanwhile, the soul searching continues.
Despite calls for Mitch Ceasar's removal as chairman of
the Broward Democrats after the party's poor showing Nov. 5,
there is virtually no way to dump him until his term is up in two
years. According to Ceasar, any motion to remove him must be referred
to a committee that he names. "I'm here to stay," he said.
Then Ceasar chuckled

Kunst to run as Independent with Linda
Miklowitz as running mate to challenge JEB on stolen election
Candidate Miklowitz: Local
girl makes good
- letter to the Tallahassee Democrat
I expected to read a blurb Saturday headlined
"Local girl makes good." How often does a Tallahassee
woman get tapped to run as lieutenant governor in the November
election? Instead, I found nothing.
So, for the record - Bob Kunst of Miami Beach
and I qualified Friday morning to run with no party affiliation
for governor and lieutenant governor of Florida in a three-way
race Nov. 5.
We do not endanger Janet Reno. As the Democratic
front-runner after a year of bland campaigning, she trails the
governor by some 33 percent. How much courage does it take to
stand for better education, social services, environmental
protection and state workers? As lifelong Democrats, we are for
all this.
Since November 2000, Kunst has repeatedly said
"J'accuse" to both Bush brothers for the stolen
election. Reno remained silent as attorney general - and still
does.
Bob speaks truth to power, calmly, clearly and
forcefully. We offer a second chance to privatize Jeb Bush. Kunst
reaches the hearts of a growing number of disaffected voters with
honesty and common sense. His issues are not right versus left but
right versus wrong.

Bob Kunst, the other name on the Nov. 5 ballot for governor, says he earns new supporters every time he speaks. 9/22/02
Oral
Majority activist to run
A Miami Beach activist Monday declared his candidacy for governor,
joining a crowded field of Democrats who want to take on Republican Gov.
Jeb Bush. But Bob Kunst said his campaign stands out because he is the
only one focused on the Florida presidential election, which he accuses
Bush of helping to steal for his brother. 8/28/01

Dear Activists:
So much is going on, that I need to start backwards.
Just came from "The Dynamic Black Women Democrats of
Miami-Dade" luncheon at the Caleb Center.
I was the ONLY candidate for Gov. to speak, AS A REGISTERED DEMOCRAT
and also on the ballot in Nov. for the general election as "No
Party Affiliate." The women there understood our
strategy completely.
This is protest/event #373 since 11/7/00, and I stated that while
Bush Stole The Election, his gang also collected 50,000 signatures
to 'repeal gay rights' in Sept.I said that I led the opposition to
Anita Bryant 25 yrs. ago, and after that repeal the bigots
immediately went after the Blacks and Hispanics, and not to let it
happen again.
I mentioned that 402 GOPers voted twice, in NY and Fla. on 11/7/02
and that Katherine Harris, who failed for two weeks to resign as
Secretary of State when she filed to run for Congress, also is the
fraud who wouldn't accept 200 Gore votes coming in 'two hours' late.
402 + 200 = 602, which is more than Bush got of 573 over Gore.
IT WAS STOLEN, and we need to scream loudly about it and Janet Reno
didn't do the investigation as Attorney General. We need to prevent
the next stolen election as well.
>From DCR losing 1000 kids, to the phoney citrus canker
eradication fraud, to getting 345 tax exempt groups to pay
$23billions for education, drugs for the elderly, and saving our
Paradise, to stopping the out of control development, threatening
our existing water supplies which 16 millions can't survive with, to
empowerment zones and revenues....among my 3 minute pitch.
"We'll be there in Nov. as registered Democrats to give our
Party one more chance to defeat Bush with and get "W" as
well."
Very nice support and reaction.
Mrs. Jones represented her husband Daryl, who was up in Wash. County
at Possum Festival that I couldn't go to.
Other candidates for House and Senate seats also spoke.
Yesterday I did a morning radio show in Ft. Pierce, with the host
having a woman who was literally 'aborted' at 7 months, and now
alive to talk about it, confronting me immediately.
I said she was a 'miracle child' but rejected their name-calling
that women are murdering their children if they abort.
I said that these decisions are between a woman and her husband or
mate and G-d. Government should not be in the bedroom making these
decisions, but protecting the Constitutional Right to make these
decisions.
I said that my concern was for NOT ABORTING THE LIVING, as Bush does
when he treats all of us as expendable from DCF missing 1000 kids to
3 million elderly abandoned to choose between food and medicine.
That Vets living in the streets and kids going to bed without food
was a disgrace.
I said that these folks need to teach their kids about sex and life
and failing to do so is why their kids get pregnant and these
problems.
Then I went after Bush on the Stolen Election, with not one word of
opposition, and what we were trying to do for the Nov. election.
I've been invited back again on Monday morning at 9 AM.
Then at 6 P.M. went to a fundraiser for "Save Dade", at
the Laundry Bar on South Beach, but stood on the outside and
responded to 20 folks with flyers. Only 3 rejected taking them.
Went for dinner on Lincoln Rd. to get the lowdown of the chaos
reigning in Broward County between the Reno and McBride forces
tearing each other apart that will NEVER come together after the
primary.
Then on Thurs. evening, went to the NAACP/League of Women Voters
event in Perrine, Fla. Again I was the ONLY candidate for Governor
there to begin with and repeated all of the above and more in 5
minutes.
Leafleted many of the 70 who showed up.
After a while and questions from the audience for 4 running for a
Senate seat, and me joining with them, all of a sudden sitting to my
left is Nancy Grant of the "Christian Party", talking
about the state building being "state" bldgs and not
schools. Then here comes Janet sitting to my right. I shake hands
with her, and told her I missed her on Sunday and the National
Women's Political Caucus luncheon.
I address everyone on 'education' and how to pay for it with
$23Billions from the 345 groups ignored by Bush in doing their fair
share, while also challenging the parents to spend more on their
kids than they do on pet food. Also stated the need to show respect
for teachers and my efforts behind getting Fla. NOT to be a right to
work state. As to lowering class sizes, who doesn't want it, but
will they pay $27Billions for it? And me the ONLY candidate with a
finacial formulae on this. McBride wants a 50cents raise in
cigarette taxes to pay for it and Reno drones on how she'll end
government waste to fund it. Right!
She does 3 minutes, and her folks are there to applaud.
Meanwhile, Daryl comes in late and the meeting is closed.
I get a very nice reaction from the audience and no hostility from
the Reno forces, many of whom I know and we get along.
I tell Daryl of my idea for us to do several debates between Bill,
him and myself, and invite Janet. If she doesn't show, we can have a
chair there that says "Where's Reno".
Her refusal to debate is one reason why both McBride and Jones
forces will be looking for a new home after 9/10/02 and we're it.
A former legislator there told me that Fla. State Dem. Chair Bob Poe
had announced in a debate with a GOP chair in Tall. that the
Dems. weren't going to fund or run two cabinet positions, which
already sent shock waves throughout the party months ago. With only
5 cabinet positions and the governor making the decisions, this was
a major give-away to the GOP on two of those seats and without so
much as a whimper.
Also circulating was a flyer from "Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
about repealing rights for homosexuals, bisexuals, heterosexuals and
transexuals, exploitiing special rights by using the civil rights
movement.
This has created a major stir and Corretta Scott King says gays and
lesbians are invited to the table and her husband never said such a
thing.
One college student reveals that she had to pay $45 to pay for tests
no one cared about. One more revelation about the money scam from
this Bushit administration.
Didn't show the sticker at this event, out of respect, since we were
in a Church. I only did it on the outside, where I gave one to a
Metro-Dade police officer. We had great discussion, and then gave
out flyers at Miami-Dade S. Dade Campus to folks in the library.
One woman said, Reno can't defeat Bush and I said "We CAN"
and she took the flyer and we talked.
Another gentleman said I should look into Al Cardenas, GOP St.
Chair, and Bush having a financial interest in shopping centers from
Cutler Ridge in S. Dade up to Tall., and how difficult it is for
minorities to get small business loans.
Also, briefly spoke with a Herald reporter at NAACP event who said
he saw me in the archives already screaming about Gays not being
allowed to adopt children, 25 yrs. ago. I said Reno is a 'Janet Come
Lately' on this issue that she ignored way back then, as well as the
Anita Bryant issue.
In fact, I've now done over 200 speeches on this repeal effort tied
into the stolen election and no other candidate mentions it at all.
There will be something in the Miami Herald in Sunday's edition on
all of this.
"Hot Spots" had a nice write-up and photo of me for the
Equality Fla. event last weekend.
Whoever thinks this election is locked up is crazy. The
public, if it will even show up to vote, definately is looking for a
change. Reno can't do it and we will.

Bob Kunst is running as independent to challenge JEB on stolen election
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE.

Gubernatorial candidate Bob Kunst will qualify
Friday at 10 a.m. Friday at the Florida Division of Elections office
in Tallahassee, switching from Democratic to a candidate with No Party
Affiliation and announcing a running mate. He wants to run in
November, not in the party primary in September, to confront Gov. JEB
Bush about the 2000 stolen election.
"JEB's letter to his supporters says the Democrats are still
upset about the 2000 election. Gore maintains he got more votes in
2000, but lost the election. I say we got more votes and it was stolen
from us," Kunst said.
Kunst explained that he became convinced that he needed to run off the
Democratic ticket when the party required him to pay $5,000 to speak
at the annual Jefferson/Jackson dinner in Broward County last weekend.
While he didn't ante up, the Democratic Party gave him a table in the
hall outside, at which he held court and sold his trademark "No
More Bushit" bumper stickers with a few volunteers. Although he
wasn't mentioned as a candidate, he said he sold $73 worth of bumper
stickers and received a "terrific" reaction from many people
he has met around the state since shortly after election day, November
7, 2000. By his count, the dinner was appearance no. 360 in 100 cities
with coverage by 700 media outlets.
"The reaction was terrific in standing there for almost five
hours talking. Had only about three negatives on the plan. They said
what I was planning on was a terrific strategy. It gave them an out.
The majority sees this election with Reno/McBride as a lost cause and
here I'm giving them a chance out of this jam," Kunst said.
"It practically gave them hope from the catastrophe they knew was
coming: McBride can't defeat Reno and neither can defeat JEB, and so
to go through these motions to keep the party, and themselves
supposedly looking good, also reveals the shortcomings, and pall over
this brewing and looming defeat. So my reaction to both Reno and
McBride forces coming to our table was: if your candidate doesn't make
it in September, know that I'll be on the ballot in November to make
sure we go after and get JEB out of there.
"The one issue that defeats Jeb is the Stolen Election,"
said Kunst. "Getting this positive feedback was very reassuring.
Some of these Dems are real and really want change." He is
scornful of the Democrats he calls "UnDems" who are not
aggressively calling the Republicans on their election conspiracy.
Kunst calls Gov. Bush, Secretary of State Katherine Harris, former
Republican Speaker of the House Tom Feeney, and several Republican
supervisors of election the "axis of evil" in conspiring to
disregard valid votes. "Harris has now collected $2 million to
run for Congress. I will going after her again on this one, while
being a candidate for Governor. Feeney will walk into a Congressional
seat in the Orlando area. While Speaker, he was ready to nominate ‘W,'
no matter the recount if it went for Gore," Kunst charged.
"Then we have all those Supervisors of Elections, allowing the
GOP in Seminole and Martin Counties and now we see from Alachua to
Duval Counties, to 'handle' illegally the absentee ballots, which is a
third-degree felony, going totally unchallenged by the unDems. State
Democratic Chair Bob Poe, from Seminole, refuses to go to court and
gives the GOP a totally free ride on this one as well," Kunst
said.
Kunst believes the Stolen Election theme can unify voters to defeat
Gov. Bush. "So while the Reno/McBride folks in their 'never-neverland'
state of denial continue this bluff, when the UnDems. on a national
level say they want to capture the House in mid-terms, hold your nose,
and realize how the stench of their betrayal on the Stolen Election,
is also having this impact, and again from the ground-zero state,
Florida," Kunst said.
"If McBride and Reno are both 39 points behind Jeb in
Jacksonville, after one year of campaigning, doesn't this give you a
clue as to what is in store for us all in November? And this figure
may be representative of all of Northern Florida. and possibly also
along the Gulf Coastline as well," Kunst stated. "Of course
trying to tell the truth to their backers is like talking to the wall,
for reality has never been their focus. How can McBride close a
33-point gap with Reno in seven weeks? Not possible. But how can Reno
still be in a double-digit 12 to 24 points behind JEB after one year
of campaigning?" asks Kunst. Daryl Jones is struggling even to
get into the one Democratic debate before the primary, and Reno is
refusing more debates which McBride desperately needs to get statewide
exposure. Daryl Jones got 5 per cent and the media wants 10 per cent
for even him to appear in the debates, but I've always maintained for
me at least, that the 'uncommitted' were already the 'protest' vote,
which would put me within a point of McBride."
"The UnDems practically endorsed McBride, illegally, before this
primary and against their own by-laws, gave him $200,000 and are now
doing TV ads for himâ€"just to stop Reno," Kunst charged.
"The same for all but two unions going for McBride to stop Reno,
even though McBride's 1,400-attorney law firm, more represents
management than labor. And none of this may matter for the grassroots
labor and Democrats. While I am the only candidate to oppose Florida's
anti-union ‘right to work' law and have done many rallies and
speeches with labor, this deal was done a year ago."
"If the purpose is to defeat Jeb and in the process get ‘W'
in 2004, then we are in great danger with the public's appallingly
apathetic response to all of it and lack of Democratic leadership and
direction from those with the monies. This is why I am not giving up
and not giving in," Kunst said. "Silence equals death. The
longer you ignore it all, the worse it gets. Every institution is
under attack today as having lost public confidence with their
arrogance and abuse of power."
"There are many caring Americans, who do understand that my
message and efforts have not been in the Left vs. Right politics, but
that of "Right vs Wrong" politics of experience. With so
much attention and movement from the grassroots, this election is
indeed wide-open, no matter the pundits."
-30-
Here's What You Can Do For Kunst
So here is what you can do, for Kunst... NOW and for November
while ‘W' may well have us in a war with Iraq and we may have
another terrorist attack, just in time to see Jeb re-elected:
1. IMMEDIATELY IN THIS EMERGENCY- no more excuses and write a check
to: Kunst For Governor Campaign, P.O.Box 402263, Miami Beach, Fla.
33140 or go into Paypal.com on my web site:kunstforgov.com with your
credit card. We desperately need funding and 'FREEDOM ISN'T FREE'.
2. Reach out to everyone you know, around the state, nation, planet
with this enclosed and lengthy explanation of what is at stake here
and get them involved, whether you know them or not (go into yahoo.com
and seek out a list of folks in Fla., or elsewhere).
3. Consider coming down to Florida. to help.
4. Send this to each of your media in your own communities, and keep
this media list, to send them regular releases of what we send you in
building this movement.
5. If you can do buttons, stickers, posters, or any other in-kind
donation, send postage, donate bill boards or space for billboards, let
us know.
6. If you CAN 'sponsor' special events for us, we need to schedule
immediately. Do a "No More Bushit" fund raiser on our
behalf, we can also go to.
7. American ingenuity needs a revival. Create this happening with us.
Create a chapter of 'Real Democrats' in your community, that will
dedicate its efforts immediately on this election, but set into motion
the long term effort to retrieve back our party, lost in their own
Bushit.
The above 7 steps means NOT taking anyone or anything for granted.
When you see my bio on the web, realize how we have changed the course
of history before and will again.
Yours Faithfully,
Bob Kunst

Bob Kunst names Linda Miklowitz of Tallahassee
as Running Mate
Bob Kunst will name Linda Miklowitz his running mate as lieutenant
governor when he qualifies for election Friday at 10 a.m. at the
Florida Division of Elections. They will run in the November general
election with the Democratic nominees and incumbent governor JEB Bush.
Miklowitz branches both North and South Florida. She has been a
Tallahassee attorney since 1981 and a Gainesville resident from 1971,
where she was newspaper reporter and a radio announcer and producer.
She started a private practice in a historic building in downtown
Gainesville shortly graduating from the University of Florida law
school in 1978. Miklowitz, 52, grew up in Miami Beach, was editor of
the Miami Beach High School newspaper, and worked for several Miami
area newspapers until 1971.
Miklowitz is president of Tallahassee NOW. She has been a community
activist with various organizations and projects. She produced a play
by Eve Ensler to raise some $20,000 last Spring to stop violence
against women. She was the first woman to run for sheriff of Leon
County in 1996 on a theme of "promoting public safety with
respect for human rights." Married and the mother of two
teenagers, she is an active school volunteer.
She speaks Spanish, French, Italian and Hebrew. She relaxes by
meditating, kayaking in the hot months and playing tennis in the cool
ones.
Miklowitz accepted the invitation to run as lieutenant governor on Bob
Kunst's ticket because she admires his work.
"Kunst is more than a one-issue candidate as am I. He understands
the importance of fewer students per class and early education. He
wants to preserve Florida's environmental integrity. He knows the need
to protect Florida's elderly from consumer fraud and from unreasonable
medical expenses. He also knows the need to protect children from
abuse and neglect with an effective system. He knows that good social
services result in less crime," she said.
"I got to see a lot of Bob in action since January, 2001, when he
stopped in Tallahassee en route to protest the inauguration in
Washington with a busload of activists. I knew his name, but didn't
know him personally. I was impressed with his calm, soft-spoken--but
powerful--way of articulating his principles to the media. I admire
Bob's intelligence, integrity and passion for democracy. I share his
quest for human rights and social justice," said Miklowitz.
"If I can help him, I am happy to do so, as a voter first and
even as a running mate."
"Kunst is more than a one-issue candidate as am I. We understands
the importance of fewer students per class and early education. We
want to preserve Florida's environmental integrity. We know the need
to protect Florida's elderly from consumer fraud and from unreasonable
medical expenses. We also know the need to protect children from abuse
and neglect with an effective system. Good social services result in
less crime. We can spend it on the front end or more on the back end
for police, jails and prison," Miklowitz said.

Subject: Linda's running as lt. gov. with Bob Kunst
I did it! I'm going to qualify with Katherine Harris' Division of
Elections, as lieutenant governor with Bob Kunst under No Party
Affiliation.
Running as an independent will ensure that someone will call JEB Bush
to account for improper counting of Florida's vote so that his
brother, George W., would become Resident of the White House.
Regardless of the Democratic nominee after the September primary, we
will be on the November ballot. The winner will need only 33 1/3 per
cent plus one vote to win. When we get rid of JEB, brother George W.
will be next on the agenda in the 2004 election. With so many
disaffected Democrats and Republicans, an independent candidate has an
advantage.
The Democrats gave up the fight after the U.S. Supreme Court ruled in
a bizarre opinion that Florida votes could not be recounted because of
equal protection of the voters. Al Gore quit at that point and did not
challenge it in the U.S. Senate when electors were certified on the
first Saturday in January, 2001. I remember how abandoned I felt that
day.
None of the Democratic candidates for governor so far have called JEB
to task except Bob Kunst. Bob has a wonderful way of relating to
people and making his ideas clear to anyone, from the laborer to the
lawyer. I got to see a lot of Bob in action since January, 2001, when
he stopped in Tallahassee en route to protest the inauguration in
Washington with a busload of activists. I knew his name, but didn't
know him personally. I was impressed with his calm, soft-spoken--but
powerful--way of articulating his principles to the media. I admire
his intelligence, integrity and passion for democracy. I share his
quest for human rights and social justice.
I ask for your blessings--and your vote and whatever material
contribution you can make to the campaign. (Don't worry about size,
send it now when we need it, rather than later) Please forward this to
anyone who would be interested. If you can get us a speaking
invitation from a good group, please let us know.
Join us to celebrate and to meet Bob Kunst Friday, July 26, at
5:30 pm at Sloppy Joe's on the Kleman Plaza just northwest of the
Capitol. RSVP to 850 656-0012.

Dear Activists:
Many thanks to Jeannine and Bruce Yarock, who bought me a suit and tie to look spiffy at the State Conference, which I wore for the main event, while both Friday and Sunday, I was in relaxed wear....
Met many folks who were more than kind, having addressed them previously around the state....
I was originally supposed to speak around 11 AM, but that was switched.
In the meantime I was in the center of the entry to the conference hall with "Bush Stole The Election" banner.
Lots of signs: "This is still Gore Country".
Prior to Gore speaking, I went in with my sign: "President Gore, Why Did You Betray Us?" Almost immediately, a labor guy for McBride from Tampa ,took the sign and tore it, a Reno lady was blowing her whistle right into my ear, and another woman did a 'fuck you' to me.
Their 'violence' to me spoke volumes, but I would later be vindicated, for Gore's approach was that he had won the 'popular vote' intimating nationally, but hardly reflecting or thanking the people of Florida for electing him President, and he would walk away from ,in not going for a federal investigation of the Stolen Election.
After this 'assualt' upon me, I went to the table and got another sign made up that said the same thing and when they all filed out of the gathering, I was there with my sign and "No More Bushit" stickers, and only a few asked what it meant and I shared with them why I was doing this and only one disagreed. Gore didn't do what he needed to do.
For my speech, I got to the podium and took the "Bush Stole The Election" banner to show in front of everyone, then held up the "No More Bushit" sticker to which there was chants "No More Bushit" and then I went into a 20 minute attack upon Bush, the Stolen Election and not buying into Arab oil blackmail, and Gore not fighting for us, for which I got some boos and lots of boos when I challenged that Reno as Attorney General refused to investigate this issue.
I reminded them that Jeb was ahead by 20 points after one year's campaigning, so their strategy was not working and that with 25% undeclared, that that was possibly my vote. (What if I'm actually 7 points ahead of McBride?)
Anyway, as one supporter from Ocala suggested, I had thrown a hand grenade into both the Reno and McBride groups ,that were too stunned to understand what had just happened.
I also attacked the corporate corrupt media as part of this disaster, and abnormally and unprofessionally, neither the Herald, Sun Sentinel, Orlando Sentinel, Tampa Trib or St. Peter Times etc. even mentioned that I was there, to again validate my exposing them for being the frauds that they are, and everyone knows that they are.
Mild applause when I exited, but lots of folks came to the table and for the rest of the Conference to tell me that I was the only one telling the truth and speaking their language.
I would immediately get 6 speaking engagements around the state.
Only two people complained about my attacking Arafat, and 4 from my e- mail list are no longer there.
Peter, the Friday before, was super: He wore both the ""Kunst for Gov. com" bumper sticker and "No More Bushit" sticker on his black tee-shirt, which really stood out and he'd carried it earlier when McBride came in, with 150 sign wavers to greet him.
McBride said: "The election is over" meaning his victory and Peter said no, waving our two stickers, "that it is only beginning."
Peter would also walk behind the camera with Judy Woodruff of CNN shooting live.
Peter said: "McBride is the Democratic version of Jeb Bush", which says it all, besides what the Herald stated a week earlier, that the only thing McBride has going for him was that he wasn't Reno.
Still, I felt a major tension between the Reno and McBride forces, both using storm trooper tactics that go beyond just trying to win, such as McBride lining up most of the seats in the Hall with their signs, that would definately start this antagonism, and I don't see these forces coming together even after the primary.
None of this hurts me, for I'm there to pick up the pieces from this nastiness between themselves.
One McBride couple came over to thank me for my speech and then said, I wasn't serious about filing, for if I did, that would drain all those McBride votes, and Reno wins, and then Jeb Wins.
I stated that their having a boring candidate had nothing to do with me, and I wouldn't accept any blame for what happens, except that I intend to win the Primary altogether.
Another McBride labor guy told me that at the table across from me, his bumper stickers didn't have the union bug, which my did. So labor went for McBride to stop Reno, and now even these stickers with no union bug.
Another supporter for Reno and in a wheel chair is complaining about access to the Wyndham Hotel.
Another guy, retired from US Steel, and losing his medical coverage, and all of these and others I heard from are basic Democratic issues, that should be addressed, but none of it mattered in this foo-foo convention of those who want it all for nothing and care less about issues.
I'm constantly reminding myself, that it's those outside of this hotel that is my support, and certainly not most of these on the inside, who I felt didn't walk away on air about a victory against Bush, no matter how they stroked each other.
"You gotta play the game" I'm told. "No, I don't" is my mantra. "No More Bushit" is the ONLY way to get through these losers on a suicide mission, living in their own illusions of beating Jeb, which the rest of the world sees as a lost cause including many Democrats.
I tried to tell them, but they are indeed enslaved, ego-stroked,& money-crazed, as their priorities. They've really forgotten what it's like to be a Democrat and an American.
Would address the Hispanic Caucus afterwards, and lots of great contacts, then go to a reception for a Congressional candidate out of Pasco County and then to the Gay and Lesbian receptions.
By then I was too worn out, but did manage to tell Bob Poe, Dem Chair, 'thanks' for the opportunity to speak and "Why didn't the party use me as a battering ram and open the pathway for everyone."
He didn't get it. None of them do.
They're afraid that to do this means a real victory and they lose the control, and the money aspects.
Meanwhile, I think that Gore managed, with the other national candidates, to take the focus away from both Reno and McBride and for all the monies they spent, since most of the media covered Gore as the key.
So much for all those best laid plans.
Seems the party has already put the cart before the horse.
In other words, while Jeb should have been the key focus, it was already on "W", and another missed opportunity.
Meanwhile, Peter managed to give away some flyers in Tampa where Nader had a large gathering.
On Sunday, managed to do a couple of hours at the conference, and then took off for a Black Elks/Civil Rights gathering and dinner in Winter Park, and I was the only candidate there and got a terrific reception.
Mind you, their primary speaker, Dr. Leenette Pennington, was awesome in stating that the 'rivers of blood' and 'rivers of tears' on what it took to have our sacred right to vote, must mean our behavoral obedience, to remember and honor all who came before us for this privilege to vote, which is the promised land, for it's our access, and our power, and prescious right, that must NEVER be tampered with.
So many lives and limbs given for this privilege, which is what I stated in my speech at the State Convention and now this affirmation.
She was in tears to this standing ovation and revelation, and I too was in tears when I shook her hand for this honor to confirm, all that I am doing.
After dinner, spoke with folks who wanted to help me, and "Yes, this election was STOLEN", that these folks perfectly understood.
Driving South on US27, there was this magnificent Rainbow arc in all of its glory and definately a 'sign' for me.
Monday, went to address the Democratic Party in Key West, where they made me an honorary 'conch' with certificate, and several there also stated that I was the only candidate fighting back/telling the truth and refreshing.
This morning I was introduced as a candidate for Governor, at a Reno rally at Wynmoor Condos in Broward County. Over 400 were there, but I wasn't allowed to speak, only to hand out flyers.
So in the blaze of the sun, I was with my "Bush Stole The Election" banner on the wall, which folks inside could see, while Janet spoke.
I had already shaken hands with her, and on Friday at the conference in Orlando, she said to me, while she led a group of supporters in this hall, that I was "the most elequent speaker on the trail", which was most nice, and I didn't expect.
As I have said, I have nothing against her personally, but that being Attorney General and doing nothing about the stolen election was poor judgement and politics at its worst.
I shook hands with her this morning. Heard some of her speech which wasn't the least bit inspiring to me, and again nothing about how to pay for any of it.
So outside, I was giving out flyers, about running against Janet and got some very favorable response from so many of these seniors. Only a few were adament about ONLY JANET. Many too, felt she had no chance, and some commented to me about her health.
From here today, I go to a political picnic in Delray Beach, and to an ASFCME union rally in Daytona Beach.
I'm absolutely exhausted, whipped. St. Augustine newpaper wanted a photo yesterday and both the Key West Citizen and another Keys paper were there for my speech.
If we really had the monies, could you imagine what would be happening?

Dear Activists:
This will be a major week for Oral Majority protests.
#189 will be in front of the U.S. Supreme Ct. at 11 AM on 12/12/01,
to mark the lst anniversary of these traitors appointing Bush
resident of our White House. I'm driving up there for this event
demanding their IMPEACHMENT!
#190 will be in front of the home of Mr. Korge (see enclosed article)
when Al Gore shows up for this fundraiser for Senate Democrats.
Daschle and Hillary won't show, so Al Gore is the stand-in, at $5000
a couple. These are the same Senate Cowards who refused to even
allow a discussion in Congress on 1/6/01 on the Stolen Election, and
at the request of Al Gore, so that they could all 'share power' with
Bushit as the price for their silence.
Jeannine (jr7764@aol.com),will lead this effort at 5 P.M. on
12/12/01, with this statement: "GORE BETRAYED FLORIDA AND U.S. ON STOLEN ELECTION" at 10355 S.W. 67th Ave., Pinecrest (Miami)
#191- Jan Lentz will also be protesting Jeb Bush all day in Tampa on
12/12 (janl55@earthlink.net)
#192- Also candlelight vigil in Orlando to mark stolen election
(bearznpurz@aol.com)
#193-"Boycott Arab Oil" protest, 12/13/01, at the Saudi Arabia
Embassy, 2700 Va. N.W., Wash., D.C. at Noon. If Bush is serious
abouts going after the terrorists, buying oil from Saudi Arabia and
Iraq, who funds and gives safe haven to the terrorists, exposes this
treachery and hypocrisy. This effort comes before any further attack
upon Iraq.
#194- "GORE BETRAYED FLORIDA AND U.S. ON STOLEN ELECTION" PROTEST,
with Kunst in front of Phoenix Park Hotel, 520 N. Capitol St., N.W.,
Wash., D.C., when Gore appears at this Irish American Democrats
function at 6:30 P.M., on 12/13/01.
We are ever vigilant about our freedoms and those who would deny them
in both parties. Our sacred right to vote, and have those votes
counted, is why millions served and gave life and limb. We do not
trivialize what this means, and why our struggle matters, and is
worth fighting for.
We are what America stands for. We are the Patriots. We didn't 'move
on' and forget what this Stolen Election is all about or the
passivity that sent our enemies the signal to come after us.
It's our country stupid!
If we're not practicing what we're preaching, then why are we in
Afghanistan or anywhere else for that matter? We can't tell the world
what to do if we won't do it ourselves.
And if justice is to prevail and we don't have another stolen
election, assuming we have an election altogether given the insanity
we are in, then our resistance is vital and your support essential to
keep this effort going. (Oral Majority, or Kunst For Governor
Campaign, P.O.Box 402263, Miami Beach, Fla. 33140).
The Governor's race in Fla. is one more opportunity for all of us to
unite and state our plea through the Kunst campaign. The world will
be watching in this #1 race in the nation that will also be a
statement on "W" and 2004.
We cannot dismiss any of this treachery from those who stole it,
those who gave it away, those who ignored resistance to it, and
those 'moving on', all of whom have betrayed ,all who have
sacrificed, for what America is really all about.
Hanukkah is the Jewish Feast of Lights. It recalls the Jews'
recapture of the ancient Temple in Jerusalem from a pagan tyrant
thousands of years ago, and 165 years before the birth of Christ.
This Greco-Syrian king ruled Israel, banned Judiasm and had a pig, a
ritually unclean animal, sacrificed in the Jerusalem Temple (Wailing
Wall-Judiasm's holiest sight).
The Israelites finally revolted for freedom of religion, led by 5
Maccabee brothers, who miraculously defeated the Greek army and set out to rededicate the Temple, but found only one day's supply of oil
for the Great Menorah. Another miracle made it last for 8 days, which
is also what is celebrated today.
I was leafleting yesterday on Las Olas Blvd., in Ft. Laud., where
Broward Jewish Federation was holding a Hanukkah Festival.
Miracles do happen and so does the eternal struggle for freedom.
If you give up the enemies out there will swallow up any hope and
come after everything they can, as long as they see no one ready to
fight back.
But even at the darkest moments those few willing to stand up and be
counted do make the difference, as it always has been throughout
history.
Oral Majority compliments these Partisans.
America was terrorized on 11/7/01 and again on 9/11/01.
Our Patriotic duty is to recognize and speak out and support all
legitimate efforts to stop the terrorists, foreign and domestic.
Our Patriotic duty is to expose the corruption and politics that has
allowed any of this to befall our beloved America.
During this subdued holiday season, and while we are at war and
support our men and women in harms way, this does not mean a blank check to this illegitimate administration. They are more than willing
to throw away the Constitution, and are using the terrorists as their
excuse, as they shredded the Constitution ,in order to seize power in
the first place.
And why are any of you surprised?
We warned everyone that to stay silent about this treachery would
only invite more of it and we are witnessing all of it.
And where we used to feel confident that at least the U.S. Supreme
Ct. could be trusted, that too fell by the wayside on 12/12/00, and
why we remind the world about it by protesting in front of it.
NO RESPECT FOR THE TRAITORS!
And while we gave of ourselves to Al Gore, duly elected by the
people, he chose instead not to defend the people of Fla. and the
United States in pursuing both a state and federal investigation of
this STOLEN ELECTION. This was never about him. It was about U.S.
and what we stand for and what we fight for and what our whole
history is all about and what makes us different and worth
preserving. He neglected all of it by playing such dreadful politics,
along with the rest of the fools, pundits, Bushit media, and those who care less about any of us living or dying, while they
scam us on every level IN BOTH PARTIES.
No wonder, we are such an easy mark for our enemies. They've set us
up for the fall by their own corruptions and deceptions that we
cannot and willnot be silent about on any level.
Not Bushit, nor the Bushit Democrats. NO MORE BUSHIT! AND HAVE A
NICE DAY!
Yours Faithfully,
Bob Kunst

Lobbyist has become airport's unofficial czar on retailing issues
BY JOSEPH TANFANI
jtanfani@herald.com
If the companies that sell food and gifts at Miami International Airport ever get in a dispute, there's one man they can call. Not the airport director. Their lobbyist.Christopher Korge, fund- raiser extraordinaire and longtime friend of Mayor Alex Penelas, is the airport's unofficial retail czar, with all four major MIA concession clients in his portfolio.
Korge says political connections have next to nothing to do with his success. ''I am an expert in retail,'' Korge said. ''I understand the economics of it.''
Others say there's a lot more to it.''It really comes down to this: There are probably a dozen dealmakers in this town, then there are 30 or 40 wannabes,'' said Maurice Ferre, a former Miami mayor and county commissioner. ''The king of them all is Chris Korge. He's number
one.''...

It was more than I could have hoped for, but I was by myself in
front
of the Wyndham Hotel in Miami where Katherine Harris was to address
a breakfast on 'trade'.
My sign read: "JAIL TO THE THIEF-KATHERINE HARRIS-WHO STOLE THE
ELECTION".
It was a two-poster size, black lettering on bright yellow paper,
and
#186 on the hit parade since Nov. 7, 2000.
A Miami Herald photographer showed up at a little after 8 A.M. and
took pictures of me standing at the hotel entrance and facing rush
hour traffic going both ways.
About 8:15 A.M. her two car caravan comes in and I see her take
a 'startled look' towards me, as I am about 10 ft. from her.
It was like Sherwin-Williams had collided with Max Factor, and a
look
that I can't quite describe, except it wasn't a happy face.
It was more like: " Again"?
"Won't this ever end?" "Will I be hounded to my
last days"? "Is
this what I can expect in my run for Congress?"
I was beside myself with joy. G-d was with me. And
"YES" to all of
the above.
I thought she would get there earlier and I would miss her.
Before my appearance, I had to get a camera, then go for my police
permit, with one officer saying he wished he could protest with me
and another wishing me good luck. In the 45 minutes out there with
all those thousands passing me by, I was still getting horns
beeping,
thumbs up and support.
Only 1 person I thought was shaking his head, but overall, now they
all have something to talk about at the water cooler and during
their
breaks?
Cruella may not get it, but the grassroots, again reminded by our
persistence, is right where it was on election day and during the
supposed recount, which is not on her side, but recognizing that she
did in fact STEAL THIS ELECTION with the Bush Brothers.
What amazes me so much is that in spite of the war and in spite of
the fears and all of it, folks are eager to let me know they are
still with me on this issue, which the media just doesn't get, nor
the establishment Democrats.
One has to shlepp into the trenches to get the word directly from
the
people.
Will see if the Herald does anything about the photo. Meanwhile, I
did talk to the photographer once again and told him he had just
missed 'Cruella's' experience with me.
Then a few minutes later a police officer said I couldn't stand at
the entrance to the hotel and I showed him my permit, which actually
said our spot was across the street.
I told him 'mission accomplished' and he smiled and I went across
the
hotel for about 15 minutes, before calling it a morning.
Meanwhile, in today's Miami Herald, 5B, "Several Police
Advocates to
Boycott Reno Talk". Janet's scheduled tonight to address a
group that
offers support to families of officers killed in duty. PBA
President
John Rivera says: "she has never been a friend to law
enforcement nor a supporter of its causes. Rick Kolodgy, vice pres.
of Miami-Dade PBA added: "She's never been pro-law enforcement,
and we've never been pro-Janet Reno". They supported Jeb in '94
and in '98.
Tomorrow I'm being interviewed by a Gay paper in Broward, The
Express.
Yesterday, I secured our relationship with the police at the Supreme
Ct. Bldg. in D.C. for our protest on 12/12/01 at 11 AM, demanding
their 'IMPEACHMENT' FOR BEING TRAITORS....and also on 12/13/01, when
we protest at Noon in front of the Saudi Arabian Embassy, 2600 Va.
NW (across from Watergate) to 'boycott their oil'.
Many thanks to you 'believers' who really understand what this
campaign is all about.
12/4/01
Yours Faithfully,
Bob Kunst
Still fightin!
For months now, I've been pleading that our salvation from Saudi
Arabian oil is critical to stop the blackmail. By turning a blind eye
to real terrorism, like when Bushit made Arafat our ally (which only
changed this weekend), this failed policy resulted in more Israelis
dying at the hands of Arafat's Nazis.
"From Hitler to Hamas, the Holocaust Continues"!
"Remember 9/11/01-Boycott Arab Oil" is one of our bumper
stickers and messages.
I've stated over and over that this illegitimate resident in our White
House wasn't serious about going after terrorists, outside of Bin
Laden, or we'd all be making real sacrifices on our oil and getting it
from Russia, who literally has saved our economy by not falling into
line with OPEC to raise prices.
I also stated that if Detroit were told to give us more mileage
vehicles, and we looked at more alternative resources, then we
wouldn't be selling oil leases 100 miles off the Fla. coast in this
betrayal anymore than polluting Alaska.
Oral Majority will be protesting this message in front of the Saudi
Arabian Embassy in Wash., D.C. at Noon on Dec. 13, 2001, the day after
calling for the Impeachment of the Supreme Ct. Traitors.
Please get a sticker for your car. $2 each, s.a.s.e.,to Oral Majority,
P.O.Box 402263, Miami Beach, Fla. 33140.
Reaction to my car having it has been most positive.
Our patriotism isn't just shopping and patience but actually stopping
this madness where Saudi Arabia supports and gives safe haven to the
terrorists including Arafat, Hamas, Islamic Jihad, Hizbollah ad
nauseum.
Breaking this cycle starts with yourself. I'm driving less which
means less monies into this insanity that is holding us all hostage.
Do your part.
Yours Faithfully, Bob Kunst www.kunstforgov.com
Robert Kunst, Candidate for Governor of Florida, was on the Meria
Heller Show this week. Robert talks about what is going on in
Florida today, and what Jeb is up to. Robert was at a Voter Reform
meeting in Tampa, Florida and was threatened with arrest for
speaking about the Stolen Election. Robert said "why are we
talking about voter reform, when we can't even get the votes
counted?" - he was then threatened with arrest and forced to
leave. This type of "McCarthyism" is happening more and
more in America, and Mr.Kunst is not one to stand for it.
Interestingly, Tampa is the same town where 3 grandmas were arrested
in last summer for holding anti-Bush signs. Florida's tourism is
drowning and Jeb Bush says he "wants to read about it in the
newspapers". Roberts campaign slogan is "we won't steal
your vote." This is a great interview archived at www.Meria.net.
http://www.Meria.net
Pro-democracy activist Bob Kunst is now a declared candidate for
Governor of Florida. His core message is simple - "Kunst will
Hold Jeb accountable for Stealing the 2000 Election!"
This simple message is so terrifying to Florida's corporate
media that they are doing everything possible to either a) deny that
Kunst is a candidate (see the Orlando Sentinel), or b) turn voters
against him by misrepresenting him as a "gay-rights
candidate" (see the Miami Herald).
Jack Nichols at Gay Today is leading the fight for fair and
accurate coverage of Kunst's courageous campaign. After all, what do
you call a grassroots candidate who takes on the entrenched powers? In
Minnesota, they call him "Governor Ventura."
8/28/01 Bob Kunst declares his run for Governor in Tallahassee
What a day! I'm exhausted and exhilarated.
An hour before my news conference, I was all over Monroe St. and across
from the State Capital, going into Associations, Unions, Businesses and
greeting folks on the street. Met a woman who knew me from Miami 10 yrs.
ago. Gave a flyer to one person and at the Teachers Union they already
knew about it.
Everyone on the street was interested.
Not one ounce of support for Jeb and not one mention of any other
Democratic Candidate, which astounded me. And when I finished two
more streets after my news conference, it was still the same thing and I
had spoken with at least 100 people.
This tells me volumes. One is that Jeb is weak as mud since I was
up here last. Two, that the Democrats are only fooling themselves
as to their passivity, both issues I brought up at my news conference at
2 P.M.
I hung up the banner: "Bush Stole The Election" on dark blue
curtains behind me. There also was the Grandma Suni poster:
"Bush Stole The Election, Reno Covered Up and Kunst Will
Investigate". Then I put up the large "Stop Bush"
sign beneath the banner and on the podium was my bumper sticker:
"Outraged? Kunst forgov.com"
I was in my suit with my button, and I spoke for 20 minutes with two
statewide cameras there for 10 and 11 markets in Fla.; one radio station
with 8 markets and Associated Press reporter and photo person.
I was told that my news conference was posted at 8:30 AM this morning
and by 9:30 AM, someone had stolen it, and so between 1:30 and 2P.m. I
traveled 3 floors of the Press Association building to invite the media.
A woman from Gannett said: "We'll give it all the attention it
deserves."
Talk about cheap.
On the other hand the Orlando Sentinel, A.P. and Tallahassee Democrat
already had my "No More Bushit" stickers on their walls from
last year and after the conference, folks from the Miami Herald and two
other papers asked for my campaign stickers for their walls, no less.
Thankfully Cactuspat1 also came to the news conference to support me and
drove from Quincy, Fla., and we spoke for an hour and they donated $40
to the campaign, and offered a billboard on their property for the
campaign.
Afterwards, I went for another round of walking and meeting folks, and
got a bite to eat and then went for another interview with Fla. State
Univ.View and Flambeau newspaper which will be out next Monday, and now
I'm writing all of this from FSU Library.
Tomorrow is the Ichetucknee protest at the State Capital ,I will also be
at, and then Wed. we organize in Gainesville, Fla. for the campaign.
Real happy with the reception I've gotten here in Tall. This town
is wide open for a fresh face willing to risk real issues.
FSU also began today, and the town is abuzz.

Dear Activists:
This is my news release when I announce 'officially' today, at the
Press Association in Tall.at 2P.M.. Many thanks to Jack Nichols of
gaytoday@badpuppy.com for rewriting this for me.
So far this morning I've been to the post office, getting a bagel,
going to AFL-CIO and talking to folks collecting monies from the
meters and a meter maid, plus folks on the street about running for
Gov. and 100% interest, and all bad for Jeb and no excitement for any
of the other candidates, and it's only 11:20 A.M..
Amazing!
While I've been protesting here 8 times since Nov. 7, 2000, this
area is definitely not Jeb's base anymore.
Last Sat., I spoke with Dems. Ft. Laud. at a picnic; then on
Tues.,
I spoke before 100 in Pompano Beach on the Canker eradication fraud
of Jeb's, then last Sat. I addressed 50 more Dems. at a picnic in New
Port Richey, and got 10 on board right away, including 3 union folks
I had previously demonstrated with in Tall., with AFSCME.
Meanwhile I was interviewed by Fla. Radio Network on Fri. as well as
Democracy Chronicles.
The protest planned for Sept. 4, 2001, on American WWII Memorial
built by Nazis, will be at 17th St. across from Washington Monument,
at Noon. Please let your networks know. Many thanks. Bob Kunst, 305-

End Jeb's Ruination of Our Paradise, Our Freedoms, Our Lives!
VOTE: BOB KUNST for GOVERNOR
Bob Kunst won't surrender to the passive notion of covering-up the
vote theft of Election 2000. He has been standing up to George W.
Bush and his brother Jeb and to Florida's fat cat elitists-whether
Republicans or Democrats. These people enjoy a free ride, he says,
fueled by a greed-energized corporate media. Bob Kunst rejects
their 'Forget the stolen Election and lets move on' mentalities. Bob
Kunst is the implacable foe of their timid indifference to Election
2000's illegal seizure. He calls attention to media's moguls of
public apathy who promote an outright DENIAL of the Election's theft.
America, Bob Kunst says, is suffering in the midst of a coup d'etat,
one engineered by the U.S. Supreme Court, an institution with 5
members guilty of HIGH TREASON for having chosen to appoint White
House Resident George W. Bush. Kunst rejects the mistaken notion that
Floridians are voting booth incompetents, the media's lame excuse for
having ignored Election 2000's Tallahassee-based thieves.
Bob Kunst, 59, is a native of Miami Beach. His protest group, the
(Election Day), completed 163 protests and events in 36 cities,
drawing a minimum of needed attention to the stolen election in
nearly 700 media outlets. Between November 7, 2000 to August 27, 2001
Kunst's "Gore Won--Bush Stole The Election" campaign has drawn
vast grassroots support demanding as Kunst does a federal investigation
of voter manipulations by Jeb Bush's administration and involving
Katherine Harris and 20 Supervisors of Elections. These traitors to
Democracy have yet to conduct a mandatory recount by machines involving
1,800,000 Floridians, a mere iceburg tip of the Election's Grand Theft.
Demanding justice and accountability, Bob Kunst will not allow vote
thieves off the hook. To do so, he says, is to invite these thieves
to steal the next election also. Kunst doesn't simply want Katherine
Harris to resign, as some timid, GOP-cooperative Democratic officials
have suggested. Just put her on trial, Kunst says, and then put her
in jail where she belongs with other equally guilty offenders. Why,
Kunst asks, has Attorney General Bob Butterworth, responsible for
Gore's campaign in Florida, chosen to ignore 2,600 voter fraud
complaints and 30,000 voter fraud affidavits submitted from Palm
Beach and Broward Counties?
Since the unDemocratic Party and its 7 "acceptable" candidates
for
Governor are refusing to talk about the stolen Election, Bob Kunst
officially declared himself a candidate for Governor in the
Democratic Primary. He's been virtually ignored by the official cover-
up crowd, however, since June 1, 2001.
Bob Kunst remains the ONLY Democrat who can DEFEAT Jeb Bush.
Florida's citizens, he has discovered traveling throughout the state,
have been much angered by the truth about the Bush administration's
criminal treatment of their votes. "This is the second American
Revolution!" announces Kunst.
A Vote For Kunst is a vote to investigate "Floridagate".
Former
Attorney General Janet Reno chose to ignore voter complaints, and now
refuses to discuss the Election.
A Vote For Kunst is a vote to "Impeach" the U.S. Supreme Court
as
Traitors. Oregon's State Democratic Party agrees with Kunst on this
issue, but Florida's Democratic Party bigwigs don't. They betray what
so many have given their lives and limbs to preserve.
Only last month "W" gave $56 million to J. Jones Co. to build
a WWII
Memorial to GI's This company's parent company is Philip Hortzmann,
which helped build the Death Camps with Jewish Slave Labor and was
Hitler's builder and last year was fined $30 million in a bid-rigging
scam. This shows how low goes America under the Bushes: hiring a Nazi
outfit to build America's WWII Memorial.
A Vote for Kunst is a vote to stop the raping and pillaging of the
Florida Paradise. While traitor Jeb sells our beautiful state to the
highest bidders receiving $2 billion in tax breaks. Jeb thereby puts
Florida $800 million in the red for social services and education.
Kunst promises voters a refund, no matter the costs, to keep all
alive and enjoying quality of life. This includes co-op drug buying,
care for veterans and seniors as well as the revamping of the state's
public school system that Jeb's trying to destroy. Private religious
schools will not, under Kunst, be able to dip into public school
funds that offer them paid vouchers or transfer public moneys to
bigoted faith-based charities. Kunst would maintain the separation of
church and state.
Kunst would abolish Florida's long-time 'right to work' policy which
gives power to employers and nothing to employees. Kunst is against
Jeb's 25% cut of all state jobs and Kunst supports 19,000 AFSCME
employees. A Vote for Kunst means an end to Jeb's phoney citrus
canker eradication, an end to ENRON and 57 other power polluting
plants. Kunst opposes Jeb's catering to uncontrolled over-development
tycoons who aim at doubling the state's population to 30 million.
Kunst will eliminate Billboard Blight, the De-Sal plants planned for
Tampa, the cement plant by Ichetucknee River and Jeb's statewide
poisoning of our water, food and air. Jeb's plan to lower arsenic
standards and raw sewage levels must be fought. Kunst won't sell out
as Jeb has done. As Florida's governor, Kunst will stop oil drilling
in the Gulf.
A Vote For Kunst is a vote for Gay, Bisexual and Heterosexual Rights,
ERA,and the legalization of marijuana. He calls for an end to the
Cuban Embargo, the Cuban Adjustment Act and he urges the concept of
Freedom to Travel for all Americans.
All Consenting Adults are invited to Florida, which will be, under
Governor Kunst, the Freedom Capitol of the World. Spy cameras will be
out. Bike paths will be in, as well as Day Care and all caring which
is not based on politics, or on the building of empires and the
cutting up of the money pie which Jeb does to the detriment of
Florida's citizens. Kunst will protect, preserve, replant and promote
our Paradise, standing up for Florida's heritage.
A Vote For Kunst is EMPOWERMENT against business as usual politics.
Kunst will mobilize the protest vote. (See:www.kunstforgov.com
ready this week). He plans, with your help, to win the Democratic
Primary with a Plurality. There will also be help from outraged others
joining with Democrats to protest Jeb's greedy corporate rule.
Kunst is the Democratic Party's #1 chance to win the governor's race.
He says we must take back our country and remind the fat cats what
our nation is about. The best way to protest the rule of "W",
is
through Jeb. Your vote sets the tone for 2002 and 2004.

An American Patriot, Loyal Democrat and Florida's Next Governor

Robert Kunst of the Oral Majority is taking on Florida by running
for Governor against Jeb and his mockery machine of justice. Kunst
is interviewed by Meria Heller on his campaign (and the media
blackout - what are they so afraid of?), 152 protests since the
STOLEN ELECTION, lawsuits against the Tampa Police; the Big Brother
attempt of cameras on the streets of Tampa, faith based collusion of
church and state, and much more. Where DID Jeb get $175 million?
What is Katherine Harris' connection to the supposed Canker disease
in Florida's Citrus trees? Is it connected to Enron Corporation or
the building of 57 new power plants? How did a German Construction
Company "building for the Fuhrer" get the contract on the
WW II memorial? (from demdailynews)
Even though the Dem. Party leadership and corporate mediawhores won't
acknowledge it, Bob Kunst was the first to enter the race for gov. His
campaign is running to expose the stolen elction. He's for real and
not going away on the stolen election issue. Contact Bob at theoralmajority@hotmail.com
